Living In Awe
Hello all,
It has been a little while since my last post... I guess baby number three has taken more of my time than anticipated! I must say, I am loving every minute! And I can honestly say that she has given me so much more to be grateful for ~ which is the basis of today's post!
Have you ever noticed that a child will suddenly start laughing for no apparent reason at all? That they almost always have to skip or run where they’re going instead of walking? Or that they jump out of bed first thing in the morning already excited about their day?
Why do they do it? Because they stand in absolutely AMAZEMENT of it all.
I want to be like that again. And I’ve taken steps toward that life by consciously seeing how incredible everything in my life is. I don’t just mean the big things.
For instance, I love hearing my girls come into my room every morning and feeling their kiss (that has to be the best alarm clock in the world!)
I love seeing them play and laugh everyday.
I love walking with my family on a sunny day, and picking flowers with the girls.
I love enjoying dinner out with Mark... and spending much of the time talking about our wonderful kids!
I love cheese while sipping red wine.
I love a nice cocktail!
I love watching Alana and Livia eating a mint slice... biting all the way around the edge of the biscuit first.
I love watching Livia peel the skin off banana - in rings, the only way she will eat them.
I love seeing Alana paint her nails with a big smile on her face.
I love seeing Elise wake with smile and giggles.
I love how Elise is now snuggling and starting to give me big kisses.
I love sitting in the backyard watching Mark and the girls play on the trampoline or jumping castle.
I love watching a good movie with Mark and losing ourselves in it for 90-120 minutes.
I love that I can be at home with them each and every day.
I love our daughters with all my heart and am so blessed to have been chosen to be their mother.
I love Mark, everything about him and that I can be married to my best friend.
I love having great food each day.
I love having great friends and having people in my life to look up to.
I love that I can work towards making myself better every day.
I love being at the beach, and feeling the sand in my toes.
I love seeing how big the girls are growing.
I love holidaying at luxurious destinations around the world with my family.
I love that you are reading this post!
.... I feel I could go on all day. I encourage you to make a similar list of all the things you love and make a decision to look at each day in awe. You will see how it really is the little things you are blessed with make you the happiest! What an amzing day!!

MANY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE HAVE FOUND OPPORTUNITIES IN FAILURE AND ADVERSITY THAT THEY COULD NOT RECOGNIZE IN MORE FAVORABLE CIRCUMSTANCES.
You yourself may have found that your mind seems sharpest when you are faced with the greatest difficulties. Desperation often proves you really are better than you think. But with the exception of an immediate threat to your life or health, there are few situations that require instantaneous action. When the world seems to be conspiring against you and nothing is working out right, pause for a few moments to think the situation through-then develop the most appropriate plan of action, the one that has the greatest likelihood of success.

Well I have received another amazing blessing... Elise Victoria Willis was born on September 26th and she is simply perfect :) Three precious little girls... times like these allow you to reflect on how blessed we are and to focus on the things that are important in our lives.
I am so grateful for my family, and to also work at home, spending every minute of every day doing things I love with them. What a blessing!
What a wonderful day to celebrate all the gifts of life! What are you celebrating today?

Live an Abundant Life ~ You Deserve It!
Eight tips to live a life filled with abundance...
1. Abundant people are always focused on what is right in their lives, instead of what is wrong. If you are one of those people that sees the good in a situation instead of the bad, then you are on the right path. Begin each day with gratitude. BE in complete gratitude for the blessings you enjoy in your life, this will bring so much more of that!
2. Abundant people are always looking for the solution versus the problem. The power of being solution-oriented can never be overstated. To be abundant look for solutions and focus little or no attention on the actual problem.
Switch off negative news and negative people. If possible have a complete 'media blackout' for at least a month and concentrate on pure positive energy. Visualise and Meditate and practice re-affirming your 'I Am' statements and watch the serendipitous events that start to show up in your life.
3. Abundant people focus on what they can give in a situation, versus what they can take. Abundant people know that as they give the best of themselves, they will receive more and more from the Universe like clockwork. There is no such thing as competition. Competition comes from a 'lack of' or poverty mindset. If you are in a constant state of being abundant then you can lead with a 'servant heart' without any fear or anxiety of giving competitive advantage to anyone else. Servant Leadership is the characteristic of paying forward to others a stream of ongoing value and support that requires the development of 'emotional intelligence'.
Give without want, and so shall you receive multiplicably in return.
4. Abundant people take 100% responsibility for everything in their lives. They know they create their reality, either good or bad. They know they can change it. When you have an abundant mentality and take 100% responsibility you then are empowered to create life the way you want it. When You’re Living the Law of Abundance You’re Never Again a Victim.
The fastest way to abundance is simply to just 'Be' abundant and then your thinking, speaking and acting will follow.
5. Abundant people admire and support others. People mired in lack consciousness are jealous and envious of others. Abundant people understand there is nothing to compete over, because in an abundant universe, there is more than enough for everyone. There is never anything to be jealous or envious over. When an abundant person sees a quality or desires something someone else has, they know they too can create it, and are therefore inspired to do so.
6. Abundant people appreciate everyone and everything around them. They appreciate their life and every life experience. People who come from a lack consciousness are focused on tearing down or complaining about everything. When you’re in appreciation you’re in abundance. When you’re in anger you’re in lack. Be in the 'Now' and appreciate the little things and fine details of this incredible physical existence we have been blessed with – have you heard the saying, 'God is in the detail'…take a moment NOW and just BE.
7. Abundant people know the universe is always supporting them. People operating in the majestic ease of abundance are in the flow of the universe and will experience more wonderful things which come to them automatically. Because they know the universe is a friendly place and always supporting them, they attract more abundance to them by being prepared and accepting of it. People who feel the universe is not supporting them are coming from a false premise that the universe is limited.

"Getting ahead in a difficult profession requires avid faith in yourself. You must be able to sustain yourself against staggering blows. There is no code of conduct to help beginners. That is why some people with mediocre talent, but with great inner drive, go much further than people with vastly superior talent."

This Is A Fine World For The Person Who Knows Precisely What He Or She Expects From Life And Is Busy Getting It.
We are happiest when we are striving to achieve a goal. When we achieve one goal, it is a natural human tendency to set another, usually bigger, one. W. Clement Stone calls it inspirational dissatisfaction -the letdown one experiences after a goal has been achieved and before the next step toward a new one has been taken. When you begin to experience that nagging feeling, it is time to get into action! Make sure you have a long-range plan in place so that when one short-term goal has been achieved, there is a natural progression toward the next.

Living Well VERSUS Doing Well.
Living well is quite different from “doing well.”
In the quest to get ahead, it’s easy to have life pass you by while you’re focused on other things. This post is intended as a reminder to enjoy the now and a manifesto: keep it simple.
These points are shared by Rolf Potts, author of "Vagabonding".
At times, the biggest challenge in embracing simplicity will be the vague feeling of isolation that comes with it, since private sacrifice doesn’t garner much attention in the frenetic world of mass culture.
there is still an overwhelming social compulsion – an insanity of consensus, if you will – to get rich from life rather than live richly, to “do well” in the world instead of living well. Money, of course, is still needed to survive, but time is what you need to live. So, save what little money you possess to meet basic survival requirements, but spend your time lavishly in order to create the life values that make the fire worth the candle. And the bonus to all of this is that – as you of sow your future with rich fields of time – you are also planting the seeds of personal growth that will gradually bloom as you travel into the world.
In a way, simplifying your life for vagabonding is easier than it sounds. As with, say, giving up coffee, simplifying your life will require a somewhat difficult consumer withdrawal period. Fortunately, your impending travel experience will give you a very tangible and rewarding long-term goal that helps ease the discomfort. Over time, as you reap the sublime rewards of simplicity, you’ll begin to wonder how you ever put up with such a cluttered life in the first place.
On a basic level, there are three general methods to simplifying your life: stopping expansion, reining in your routine, and reducing clutter.
The easiest part of this process is stopping expansion. This means that – in anticipation of vagabonding – you don’t add any new possessions to your life, regardless of how tempting they might seem.
You should also take pains to rein in the unnecessary expenses of your weekly routine.
Perhaps the most challenging step in keeping things simple is to reduce clutter – to downsize what you already own.
“It is easy in the world to live after the world’s opinion; it is easy in solitude to live after your own; but the great man is he who in the midst of the crowd keeps with perfect sweetness the independence of solitude.”– Ralph Waldo Emerson, “Self Reliance”
As you simplify your life, look forward to spending your new wealth of time. In this way, simplicity – both at home and on the road – affords you the time to seek renewed meaning in an oft-neglected commodity that can’t be bought at any price: life itself.

Dealing With Those Who 'Just Don't Get It'!
I have been reading "The Four Hour Work Week" by Timothy Ferriss (which is my goal to get to earning my type of income, investing 4 hours per week). This is an amazing book and a must read for anyone who is serious about living their dream. It IS Possible and Tim shows you exactly how you can achieve that in his book.
I have taken the below points from Tim, who explains how best to deal with those people who think we are crazy following our dream... they simply JUST DON'T GET IT.
1. It doesn’t matter how many people don’t get it. What matters is how many people do.“It’s critical in social media, as in life, to have a clear objective and not to lose sight of that.” If your objective is to do the greatest good for the greatest number of people or to change the world in some small way (be it through a product or service), you only need to pick your first 1,000 fans — and carefully. The 10 million that don’t get it don’t matter.
2. 10% of people will find a way to take anything personally. Expect it. People are least productive in reactive mode, and before explaining that if you are expecting resistance and attackers, you can choose your response in advance, as opposed to reacting inappropriately. This, Ferriss says, will only multiply the problem. “Online, I see people committing ’social media suicide’ all the time by one of two ways. Firstly by responding to all criticism, meaning you’re never going to find time to complete important milestones of your own, and by responding to things that don’t warrant a response.” This, says Ferriss, lends more credibility by driving traffic.
3. “Trying to get everyone to like you is a sign of mediocrity.” (Colin Powell) If you treat everyone the same and respond to everyone by apologizing or agreeing, you’re not going to be recognising the best performers, and you’re not going to be improving the worst performers. That guarantees you’ll get more behavior you don’t want and less you do. That doesn’t mean never respond, Ferriss goes on to say, but be “tactical and strategic” when you do.
4. “If you are really effective at what you do, 95% of the things said about you will be negative.” (Scott Boras) This principle goes hand-in-hand with number two. The bigger your impact, and the larger the ambition and scale of your project, the more negativity you’ll encounter. Ferriss jokes he has haters “in about 35 languages.” :)
5. “If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid.” (Epictetus) Another way to phrase this is through a more recent quote from Elbert Hubbard, “‘To avoid criticism, do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing.” Ferriss says he has learned to enjoy criticism over the years. To do anything remotely interesting you need to train yourself to be effective at dealing with, responding to, even enjoying criticism…
6. “Living well is the best revenge.” (George Herbert) The best way to counter-attack a hater is to make it blatantly obvious that their attack has had no impact on you, Ferriss advises. That, and [show] how much fun you’re having! Ferriss goes on to say that the best revenge is letting haters continue to live with their own resentment and anger, which most of the time has nothing to do with you in particular. "Don’t get angry, don’t get even — focus on living well and that will eat at them more than anything you can do.”
7. Keep calm and carry on. Focus on impact, not approval. If you believe you can change the world, which I hope you do, do what you believe is right and expect resistance and expect attackers. Keep calm and carry on!
Remember, most will never 'get it', but be grateful that you do!!

It Isn't Defeat, But Rather Your Mental Attitude Toward It, That Whips You!
There are many things in life that you cannot control, but you can always control your attitude toward them.
Defeat is never permanent unless you allow it to be so. When you have a positive attitude, you will recognize failure for the impostor that it is and realize that it is really a learning experience, a valuable lesson that will help you succeed with the next attempt. Ask yourself: What could I have done differently that would have altered the outcome? What can I do in the future to minimize problems and mistakes? What did I learn from this experience that I can put to good use next time? If you approach obstacles and setbacks with a positive attitude, you will be surprised how quickly you can turn defeat into victory.
This positive message is brought to you by the Napoleon Hill Foundation. Visit us at http://www.naphill.org/
If you want further information how you can succeed by strengthening your mental attitude to achieve outrageous success in your life, contact me today at: http://www.onlineprofitexperts.com/

BE HAPPY!
"Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious is the time you have to spend, whether it's at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored."
Earl Nightingale (1921-1989)
Radio Announcer, Author and Speaker
When I learned this, everything changed and goals also obtained with ease, and gratitude!
Be happy, it's what life is all about... your future will be extremely bright and your goals achieved easier that you ever imagined possible :)

Half Full or Half Empty???
You know the more I think about it, there are two parts of the glass and basically two parts of life. There are all the good things that happen or times when you aren't having any problems (this is your water in the glass) and there are the bad parts of life (the empty part of your glass). I believe it's human nature to focus on the void of things we want or don't have and the present problems, rather than focusing on that of which the 'half full' glass resembles....
Human nature causes us to FOCUS on lack and all the negatives, instead of focusing on all the great things in life, all the many things we have to be grateful for. And we know that what we focus on, we get! So i urge ou to look at your life from an expression of GRATITUDE. Make a conscious decision to do this for 30 days and you will be amazed at the effects this has on your life and those around you! A great place to start is making a short list each day of things you are grateful for in your life....
I appreciate YOU!

Ride Life Or It Will Ride You!
A friend shared this with me earlier, I thought it was worth sharing! Thanks Robin :)...
YOUR MENTAL ATTITUDE DETERMINES WHO IS "RIDER" AND WHO IS "HORSE." There is no compromise or negotiation when it comes to who will run your life. Either you take charge and live a productive life of your choosing or you allow yourself to be ruled by circumstances. But there will inevitably be setbacks. In the old West, a cowboy expression went: "There never was a horse that couldn’t be rode, and there never was a rider that couldn’t be throwed." Like everyone else, you will have days when everything goes right and you are on top of the world. Relish those days, enjoy them, and remember them. Recall the euphoria that accompanied them when you need an extra measure of positive thinking to get back in the saddle after you’ve experienced an embarrassing and painful fall.
What a great message!
Live for today and RIDE your life to the full!

Change: Choose To Embrace It... Or Resist It!
We are at a time in our lives when there is much change occurring; and we are more frequently being faced with choices! We often don't see them as choices; but that's what they are! We are being given a multitude of opportunities to actually embrace change; or to resist it! This applies equally in our business and personal lives.
The common theme in people presented or desiring change, are for people to firstly admit that they needed to ask for help and guidance; for that person to then accept that there was a need for change; for the forming of agreed guidelines and strategies; and for the process to be managed and optimised during a structured time frame, as they moved towards the desired outcome. In short, you need to actually embrace change as a necessity, rather than a compromise of any kind.
Sometimes the necessity for change just happens, and sometimes it is forced upon us quite unexpectedly! Either way, we are often faced with tough decisions to make and our attitude towards our circumstances are critical to whether we just survive, or come out thriving! At other times we need to instigate the change ourselves: and its times like these that we often have to admit to ourselves that something, or someone, just isn't working in our lives any more.
Sure, we have very challenging choices to make when this sort of stuff occurs in our lives; but we need to make those choices; act upon them; and move on as wiser people. Whether you are faced with change that creeps up and bites you on the butt; or whether you have to create a change for your own sake; the ability to accept things as they are, and move forward, is critical. One door closes; another one opens!
Do your best to remember this paradox of life: We can often stare for so long at the door which has closed; that we can miss a new one which has opened!
It is actually very easy to resist change; but keep in mind that resisting change is actually hard work! Quite often, we don't even know that we are resisting it; so like most other things in life, it's about being aware! Right now, change is being forced upon us in many ways; and for some of us, that could possibly be overwhelming.
Yes, our attitude towards change, does make all the difference!
We can choose to Embrace it ... or Resist it! If you are hurting in any way whatsoever: then you can choose to reach out to others, and seek help. Remember: None of us have to do it tough on our own ... ever! Because: doing it tough on our own ... is also a choice!
If you desire real change in your like... to create more time, more freedom, more money.... contact me today at http://www.OnlinePofitExperts.com

Questions To Constantly Ask Yourself....
"You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay? Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change."

Decide Where You Want To Go & Keep That Vision!
That sounds pretty easy, but it is the true reason for success, and also the reason for failure. To achieve anything in life, the first (and most crucial step in getting there) is to decide where you want to go. Think about it every day of your life. That vision will carry you over..... Just keep your eye on your goal and continue to grow in competence.... When you have a clear vision and have the determination to achieve your vision, action must follow, but it will be desired action... in allignment with your vision. When you keep your eye on the goal, you WILL achieve it.
The key to success, and the key to failure is just this:
WE BECOME WHAT WE THINK ABOUT.
"Well, it’s pretty apparent, isn’t it? We become what we think about. A person who is thinking about a concrete and worthwhile goal is going to reach it, because that’s what he’s thinking about. Conversely, the person who has no goal, who doesn’t know where he’s going, and whose thoughts must therefore be thoughts of confusion, anxiety, fear, and worry will thereby create a life of frustration, fear, anxiety and worry. And if he thinks about nothing … he becomes nothing."
Earl Nightingale

Have The Courage To Take a Chance!
Thomas Edison once observed that the reason most people don't recognise opportunity when it comes along is that it is often dressed in coveralls and looks like work. Often opportunity involves a great deal of work and a willingness to take a chance on something, the outcome of which may be uncertain. Eventually you reach a point when you must either accept an opportunity with all of its unknowns or else turn your back on it. No one can tell you when you have reached that point; you alone know when it is time to make your move, to have the courage to take a chance.

Research has shown health benefits of laughter ranging from strengthening the immune system to reducing food cravings to increasing one's threshold for pain. There's even an emerging therapeutic field known as humour therapy to help people heal more quickly, among other things. Humour also has several important stress relieving benefits.

The Top Six Ways To Remain Motivated!
I hear this question alot: How can I keep myself motivated long term? It can be done! Here are my tips for staying motivated...
1. Get motivated every day. Zig Ziglar was once confronted about being a “motivational speaker.” The guy said to him, “You guys come and get people hyped up and then you leave and the motivation goes away. It doesn’t last, and then you have to get motivated again.” Zig reminded the gentleman that baths are the same way but we think it is a good idea to take a bath every day!
It is true that motivation doesn’t last. We have to renew it each and every day. That is okay. It doesn’t make motivation a bad thing. We simply have to realize that if we want to stay motivated over the long term, it is something we will have to apply to ourselves each and every day. Personal Development (reading great books) are a great way to build your own motivation :)
2. Have a vision for your life. The root word of motivation is “motive.” The definition of motive is, “A reason to act.” This is the cognitive or rational side of motivation. It is your vision. You have to have a vision that is big enough to motivate you. If you are making $50,000 a year, it isn’t going to motivate you to set your goal at $52,000 a year. You just won’t get motivated for that because the reward isn’t enough. Maybe $70,000 a year would work for you, or even $50,000 a month. Set out a vision and a strategy for getting there. Have a plan and work the plan. It IS worth it!!!
3. Fuel your passion. Much of motivation is emotional. I don’t know quite how it works but I do know THAT it works. Emotion is a powerful force in getting us going. Passion is an emotion, so fuel your passion. “Well, I like to work on logic,” you may say. Great, now work on your passion. Set yourself on a course to have a consuming desire for your goal, whatever it is. Do whatever you can to feel the emotion and use it to your advantage!
4. Work hard enough to get results. You can build on your motivation by getting results. The harder you work, the more results you will get and the more results you get, the more you will be motivated to get more. These things all build on one another. If you want to lose weight, then lose the first few pounds. When the belt moves to the next notch you will get fired up to get it to the notch beyond that!
5. Put good materials into your mind. I can’t say this enough – listen to audios and ready great books. I do this DAILY to learn and grow. Their successes motivate me to get my own successes! Buy them, read them, and get motivated!
6. Ride the momentum when it comes. Sometimes you will just be clicking and sometimes you won’t. That is okay. It is the cycle of life. When you aren’t clicking, plug away. When you are clicking, pour it on because momentum will help you get larger gains in a shorter period of time with less energy. That is the Momentum Equation! When you are feeling good about how your work is going, ride the momentum and get as much out of it as you can! ENJOY the momentum!
These are simple principles, that when you put them to work regularly, will change your life by keeping you motivated all the time! Get going!…

RHINOCEROS SUCCESS. The Cows and the Rhinos...
I have been fortunate enough to recently read "RHINOCEROS SUCCESS" by Scott Alexander. This book is fabulous... An oldie, but definately a goodie! It is hard to come across now, as it is now out of print. A taste of the basis of this book if below...
This is a story of the cows and rhinos, developed by Scott Alexander. Here is my adapted version of it....
There once was a herd of cows out in this cow pasture. And of course there was grass and manure all over the place. But out in the middle of this herd of cows was a rhino, and he was totally out of place. Six thousand pounds of muscle; and thick armor of skin, with this big horn sticking out of his head. And the rhino wanted to leave the cow pasture and go to the promise land. Off into the distance you can see the promise land. But to get to the promise land you must first go through the jungle. The jungle is filled with thorns, quicksand and hunters; but the rhino has that 6 inch thick skin.
Contrary to the better judgment of the cows, and some of these seem to be very learned cows; the rhino leaves the cow pasture. And wouldn’t you know it... there’s adversity, hunters shooting at him, quicksand etc. Eventually the rhino meets up with some other rhinos and they say to him we’ll help you get through the jungle. There will still be some adversity but we’ll show you where the quicksand is and you don’t have to walk into the arrows, right? It’ll still be a bit of a struggle but we’ll help you to make it a nicer ride.
Eventually our rhino friend makes it through the jungle and to the promise land. What does our rhino do? Jumps back into the jungle. Why? To help the other fledgling rhinos get through the jungle. And then one day when as our rhino is relaxing, laying in his mud hole, he notices other rhinos coming out of the jungle. One by one they’re coming out of the jungle and he asks where are these rhinos coming from? And in a moment of clarity he realizes it must be the cow pasture. These rhinos weren't actually cows it’s just that they had been conned into believing they were cows. So convincingly that they even looked like cows, and even smelled like cows.
We’re all rhinos. We were born risk takers; all this self imposed limitations, is all just a story. What stops people from getting started in any worthy endeavor? The simple answer is fear. Fear of failure, fear of making a mistake, fear of success (worthiness). But the biggest and most persistent enemy of productive action is fear of criticism! People don't commit to taking action because they fear criticism. Criticism from their friends, family and neighbors. The driving force behind most people's decision making is: wanting to look good, and avoiding looking bad. This is a very fear-based way to live. Seeking approval from ignorant well-meaning people has crippled more potential greatness than anything I've witnessed......I heard a very learned man once say, "Don't worry about what your neighbours think, they probably don't."

Time To Enjoy Life!
I often get asked, how do you manage it all… A successful home based business, a great marriage, 2 children (plus 1 on the way) and still have time to enjoy life! How do you fit it all in? Being successful in Business means learning to prioritising what needs to be done, and what can wait. The more fun we have, the more money we make!
The reason Mark and I started a Home Based business was to be able to have more time for our family, more freedom and more choice. We can work 3-4 hours a day, at any time WE choose, and create enough contacts and business within this time. This business allows us to travel the world. In the last 2 years we have been to Hawaii, The Bahamas, LA, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Florida and Disneyland... and we typically get a response from people as “oh wow - lucky you”! Who wouldn’t want the time freedom and choices we have? It’s a lifestyle business and we can share how we live and people want a part of that. Who wants to seriously work 40 - 50 hours a week anymore, not forgetting the time wasted travelling to and from an office? When you can literally commute to your office with a few steps, coffee in hand - you know that you’re in control and life is good! Make it a great day!
Cheers, Cristy

Great Achievement Is Born Of A Struggle
"Our strength grows out of our weakness," said Ralph Waldo Emerson. "Not until we are pricked and stung and sorely shot at, awakens the indignation which arms itself with secret forces."
Strife and struggle can inspire you to overcome adversity and to propel yourself to real achievement. View every struggle as an opportunity for personal growth. It is the struggle itself, not the result that builds character. If you know you are right, stay the course even though the whole world seems to be against you and everyone you know questions your judgment. When you prevail-and you eventually will if you stick to the job-they will all tell you that they knew all along you could do it!
I Say Bring It On!

"Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I shall have the belief that I can do it. I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it, even if I may not have it at the beginning."

Your Mental Attitude Is The Most Dependable Key To Your Personality...
Your view of yourself will greatly influence how others perceive you. If you are a confident, cheerful, positive person, your co-workers, friends, and family will be attracted to your personality. If you are unhappy, negative, and always complaining about your situation, others will be repelled. Even when at times you don’t feel very happy, by forcing yourself to behave in a positive fashion, you will find that you soon feel genuinely upbeat, because your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between an artificial emotion and the real thing. When you behave positively, you will positively influence everyone around you-including yourself.
You are in control - change your thoughts and change your life!

Choose To Be Healthy, Wealthy and Wise!
No doubt about it, people are concerned about the uncertain economic times we find ourselves in. More specifically, their own job security, continued business success, and the value of their investment and retirement portfolios. Indeed, these are uncertain times, and for many people, there is a great deal of anxiety over this economic turmoil. However, with all the doom and gloom about the economy, there IS a solution!
There are many ways in which you can THRIVE in the midst of all this uncertainty. Here are several simple ideas I would like to suggest you consider that will help you make the most of where you are at and where you want to go....
Take a media fast. This may sound a little over-simplified, but the truth is the media amplifies the inherent fear people have in this situation. Most of what goes on in the media is hype and overstatement. The media business is based on creating an overstated, sensationalized point of view. I am not suggesting that the media does not accurately report the facts. I am simply suggesting that the media amplifies the insecurity of the situation, and in many ways, is a distorted and biased lens that does not support a more balanced and neutral assessment of our current circumstances. It is far better for you to trust your own inner wisdom about your financial circumstances and not let any outside influences breed more uncertainty in your life. Do yourself a favor and go on a media fast.
Think about others, not yourself. Uncertainty and fear drives people into an isolated point of view. A more useful approach is to focus on the areas of your life where you can be of value to others. Find ways to help instill confidence and light into people's lives. This shifts your energy into a more useful vibration and puts you in a place of wisdom and service. "The more people to you help get what they want, you will in return, receive everything you have ever wanted", Jim Rohn.
Focus on current opportunities. Focus on the now - it is the only time we can ever control. Your power to create a result resides here and now. know where you want to go in the future, but do make the most and be grateful for where you are right now. There is always opportunity in every circumstance.
Focus on creating more rewarding relationships. In uncertain times, it is natural to worry about the commodity of our jobs, products, and businesses... However, it is more useful to strengthen your relationships with people- your employer, your customer, your family, your community. By putting energy into the practice of strengthening all your relationships, you will add greater value to the people around you. In turn, the value of what you have to offer the world is increased.
Focus on what is available to you now, not what's missing. Uncertainty has a way of putting your focus on lack and limitation. When things adversely change around us, we tend to fixate on what is no longer available to us. A more useful strategy is to put your focus on what resources are available now. What skills, talents and inspired ideas can you use right now. Resourcefulness is a great discipline in times of uncertainty, and the results prove more powerful when things turn positive again. You have, whether you know it or not, all the resources within you to prosper no matter the outer circumstances.
You can't control the economy, or others... so don't waste your precious energy trying. Regardless of what is happening in the world, you can't control people, places or things. You can, however, control your responses to the events in your own life. Everything is a choice. Choosing to respond in a manner that serves you is a useful skill. There's nothing like adversity to sharpen this life skill.
Always be in gratitude. This is the most important strategy you can employ in tough, uncertain times. No matter how bad it is, there is ALWAYS something in your life for which you can be grateful... start with the fact that you are still alive and able to play the game of life! A feeling of lack and limitation cannot exist within a mind that is focused on being grateful. Gratitude is an amazing tool for your best thinking to emerge and your results to transform your life.
Yours In Gratitude!

Woman Entrepreneurs... Setting The Pace!
Women today, have a much more entrepreneurial, gutsy spirit, than they did 40-50 years ago. I have been a successful entrepreneur since 2005, and I have seen for myself the number of women that take bold step into the world of entrepreneurship, often driven by the desire to spend more time with their families, and these women are setting the pace for what is possible, for women and men alike.
When I began having children, that is precisely what led me to this wonderful world of being an entrepreneur! I wanted to be home with our children, but needed to make some extra income to do so. So, like many young mum's, I looked for a way to do that and entered the wonderful world of being an entrepreneur. Looking back over my 5+ years I wouldn't have it any other way!
There are so many benefits to being an entrepreneur, especially when you work from a home office.
-set your own schedule
-work around your family commitments
-volunteer at your children's schools and extra events
-take the time off during your children's school holidays and really be present with them
-be home with your children if they have a sick day
-no day care fees
-life balance
-less stress
-literally choose your own 6 figure income
-time to travel
-total freedom ~ time & financial
In today's world, there are so many opportunities to be able to create a business from home and with the support of technology today, you can literally do business all around the globe, while being at home with the people you love most.
As I write this blog article, I am amazed still at how incredible it is to be able to sit here in front of my laptop, coffee in hand, children all happily asleep (after another day I was fortunate enough to spend with them), listening to some beautiful background music. There is no need to run around, jumping to every order that the corporate world dishes out, just to make a living. I have learned that we work to make our family life better so that we can do the things we want to do, with the people we love most. Many people in society have this backwards - many people are working so long and so hard, that they have lost touch with their family - they are working to survive. Many people have literally lost touch with why they are even working - they are in survival mode. Put your family first - find a way to make your family life better and a business that supports that - there are SO many options available today!
I encourage every women reading this post that has the desire within them to take that next step - Do not let fear, past conditioning or limiting beliefs hold you back. Do not be swayed by family or friends that might give you "their best advice" to stay in your "secure" job. Follow your heart, that is your guiding light! When you are following your own guiding light, you can never go wrong. Becoming an entrepreneur has been, and continues to be, one of the most rewarding things I have ever done - I am grateful to my children - for if it wasn't for them coming into our lives, and being inspired to be home with them, I may not have discovered that there are other options than working a job your entire life.
Contact me today, I would love to discuss your goals and how you can achieve them!

Top Ten Ways to Increase Your Influence
1. Maintain impeccable character - make your character one that others know and trust.
2. Develop your skills to excellence. In everything you do, make sure you are a person of excellence.
3. Help others in all that you do. Make sure that you are a win-win person who does things so that everybody can enjoy the fruits of the victory.
4. Be successful at what you do. Success is the ultimate influencer. If you are successful, others will want to learn how - and they'll listen to you!
5. Speak well. Speaking is a powerful tool of influence. Speak well and you will attract others to you - and to follow you.
6. Go the extra mile. Don't quit at average. Go further than anyone else. Make people know you will give them more than they asked for.
7. Be known as the "go to" person. Let it be your name that people think of when they need something done. Develop the reputation that you can and will get the job done. This will attract people to you like flies to honey.
8. Be generous. Give to others. Help others. Let others succeed, make money, and gain recognition.
9. Know more than others but don't be a know-it-all. People will come to you if they know you will have the answer. They won't if you arrogantly remind them that you have all the answers!
10. Deliver the goods and get the job done. No excuses, get the job done. That's what counts. That's the language people speak. Period.

Living an INSPIRED Life!
PERSISTANCE Takes Jessica Watson Around The World in 210 Days!
What inspires someone at 11 years of age to set a 'Goal' to circumnavigate the world non-stop in a small yacht, solo and unassisted?
What I find even more impressive than the attainment of the goal, which for her can be only described as an 'extraordinary project' is the fact that for 5 years of her life since the inception of that first 'thought' she held steadfast on her dream, her project, her calling and was then able to attract the people, the places, the circumstances, the skills, the finances and above all else the emotional intelligence and tenacity at such a young age to manifest it's reality.
This is an extraordinary feat from an exceptional young woman. It also demonstrates that we are powerful beyond measure. Jessica Watson has sailed into our hearts and into our minds and at the same time proved a nation of sceptics wrong.
Why is it when someone wants to live their dream, there is always someone standing by to plant the seed of 'fear and doubt'? This is what Layne Beachley (multiple female world surfing champion) had to say; "Extraordinary. Most of the population will spend most of their lives not going outside their comfort zone. But she has, and what she has achieved is enormous…"
Jessica was quoted as saying, "For me it was never about the record…
"It started out as something that was a personal challenge , but it's become so much more, and it's amazing to be able to share it and inspire other people…"
What is also interesting is the mute farewell she received when she set off 210 days earlier. Barely two dozen boats were on hand to say goodbye, with much of the nation questioning the wisdom of allowing her to set sail and fulfil her dream versus an estimated 50,000 spectators and the pride of the nation displayed on her arrival back home.
"The whole country is proud of Jess's wonderful achievement" – Prime Minister Kevin Rudd
Jessica has been hailed as – "our newest Australian hero" and almost everyone is now bathing in her glory. Refreshingly down to earth and humbled by the response to her extraordinary achievement she made these profound comments...
"I don't consider myself a hero, just an ordinary girl who believed in a dream"
"You don't have to be someone special to achieve something amazing. You've just got to have a dream, believe in it and work hard"
On Australia day her message to young Australians was to "Live Your Dreams". She pleaded for more respect to be given to other youngsters who wanted to chase their dreams. She was quoted as saying;
"We can behave how you want us to if you treat us with respect and if we're given the freedom to achieve things…"
When her parents were questioned about their extraordinary daughter, they replied – "we always held an unshakeable belief in our daughter and Jessica was quoted as saying – "she was grateful for the faith shown in her, by her family and by those who believed in her…"
So what are the Big Ideas from this message?
*Never loose sight of your dreams.
*When you hold you attention and intention of an extraordinary project the universe conspires with you.
*Detach yourself from the 'good opinion' of other people. What they think of you is none of your business.
*Records don't count. The attainment of a worthy ideal, an extraordinary project or goals has inexplicable personal benefits
*Belief, Faith and Action coupled with Persistence is the secret recipe to achieve extraordinary results

7 Keys To Effective Leadership..
John Maxwell is an international legend when it comes to the topic of leadership! In "The Right to Lead"...Learning Leadership Through Character and Courage, you will read about people who have earned the right to lead others. They became effective leaders not by making other people follow, but by making themselves the kind of person people would want to follow.
This book is loaded with stories, quotes and "nuggets" for anyone wishing to sharpen their leadership skills. Today, I'd like to share John's introduction to The Right to Lead. Enjoy!
Excerpt from: The Right to Lead, by John Maxwell...
WHAT GIVES A MAN OR WOMAN THE RIGHT TO LEAD?
It certainly isn't gained by election or appointment. Having position, title, rank, or degrees doesn't qualify anyone to lead other people. And the ability doesn't come automatically from age or experience, either. No, it would be accurate to say that no one can be given the right to lead. The right to lead can only be earned. And that takes time.
The Kind of Leader Others Want to Follow
The key to becoming an effective leader is not to focus on making other people follow, but on making yourself the kind of person they want to follow. You must become someone others can trust to take them where they want to go. As you prepare yourself to become a better leader, use the following guidelines to help you grow:
1. Let go of your ego.
The truly great leaders are not in leadership for personal gain. They lead in order to serve other people. Perhaps that is why Lawrence D. Bell remarked, "Show me a man who cannot bother to do little things, and I'll show you a man who cannot be trusted to do big things."
2. Become a good follower first.
Rare is the effective leader who didn't learn to become a good follower first. That is why a leadership institution such as the United States Military Academy teaches its officers to become effective followers first - and why West Point has produced more leaders than the Harvard Business School.
3. Build positive relationships.
Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. That means it is by nature relational. Today's generation of leaders seem particularly aware of this because title and position mean so little to them. They know intuitively that people go along with people they get along with.
4. Work with excellence.
No one respects and follows mediocrity. Leaders who earn the right to lead give their all to what they do. They bring into play not only their skills and talents, but also great passion and hard work. They perform on the highest level of which they are capable.
5. Rely on discipline, not emotion.
Leadership is often easy during the good times. It's when everything seems to be against you - when you're out of energy, and you don't want to lead - that you earn your place as a leader. During every season of life, leaders face crucial moments when they must choose between gearing up or giving up. To make it through those times, rely on the rock of discipline, not the shifting sand of emotion.
6. Make adding value your goal.
When you look at the leaders whose names are revered long after they have finished leading, you find that they were men and women who helped people to live better lives and reach their potential. That is the highest calling of leadership - and its highest value.
7. Give your power away.
One of the ironies of leadership is that you become a better leader by sharing whatever power you have, not by saving it all for yourself. You're meant to be a river, not a reservoir. If you use your power to empower others, your leadership will extend far beyond your grasp.
The followers who looked to these leaders learned from them, and so can we. As you explore their worlds and words, remember that it takes time to become worthy of followers. Leadership isn't learned or earned in a moment.~John Maxwell

Not Getting The Results You Are Looking For?
Our successes don't just come out of nowhere. It usually isn't just one thing that changed the course of our future either. It is a series of little things that have led us to where we are. These are all within our control. When you focus on what isn't working, what you aren't achieving, what you haven't gotten... That is exactly what you are telling the outside world and your own subconcious mind that you want more of. The aggravation wraps your mind up into actually working to bring you more of what you don't want.
So, how do you get what you DO want? Focus on what is working, what have you been able to accomplish (no matter how small), how far have you already come. Focus on the success of your life and that is what your brain and the world will begin to bring to you, more success. Many researchers will tell you a positive thought or vibration is stronger than a negative one. Absolutely true and I am very thankful for that. However, we all have two types of vibrations going out, our surface vibration/thoughts, and our deep seeded or core vibration and thoughts. The surface thoughts are the fastest and easiest to change and must be done. The ones that will truly bring to you what it is that you want is the core, the most difficult to change. This is where your personal development is a must. Personal development not only works with the surface but helps CHANGE the core.
Two simple practices to help with both sets of vibrations/thoughts are... journaling and meditation.
Jack Canfield refers to a journal as an Evidence Log, Results Journal, or a Gratitude Journal. This is a great way to see your true core and surface but also a way to help you steer and harness the power of your thoughts and to renew your vision to yourself. Jack suggests starting each day of journaling with reflecting upon what you are grateful for in your life and what has gone right either for that day, week, or your life as a whole, no matter how small. Also include what you see to be your future success and discuss how those achievements make you feel.
Meditation will help to quiet your mind so you can regain control and focus. This allows you to shut down the surface layer that is typically highly judgmental and critical. This practice will also allow you to tap into a higher level of creativity and help you achieve the results you are wanting. Many times you may ask yourself for the answer to questions that are hindering your success and as you quiet your mind, your own brain will offer you up the answer you have been searching for and now that the judgmental outer layer of your focus is quiet, you can hear the answers you need.
The other component is to remember, if you keep doing what you've always done, you will keep getting what you've always gotten. If you aren't getting the results you want then change what you are doing or how you are doing them. Take new actions or modify what you are already doing. Jack Canfield also mentions to remember the Rule of 5- every day do five things that will specifically take you towards your goal. Successful people are the ones who do the things that the failures won't do. What are you willing to do? What is success worth to you?

A friend shared this quote with me today. I believe it sums up success nicely...
The road to success isn't straight.
There is a curb called failure;
A loop called confusion;
Speed bumps called friends;
Red lights called enemies;
Caution lights called family.
You will have flats called jobs.
But if you have... a spare called DETERMINATION, an engine called PERSERVERANCE, insurance called FAITH and a driver called VISION... You will make it to a place called SUCCESS!

Business ~ Just like baking cupcakes!
I spent this morning having fun with my kids: baking cupcakes!
Baking is simple. Just follow the recipes as laid out, add the ingredients in order, heat the oven to the right temperature and watch the time and the results come out perfect every time.
Business is the same…especially Network Marketing and/or direct sales. The recipe for success is already in place. There’s no guesswork, just follow the recipe and the results come out perfect every time.
Like baking, people sometimes like to get a bit creative with business. Add an ingredient here or an ingredient there…make a substitution or two. Sometimes the result may be better but often the cake falls flat or the result taste like crap.
It’s OK to experiment once you’ve perfected following a recipe. This is particularly true because if the new creation fails, you always know what to do to get a good result again (go back to the original recipe). When you’re new at something, that’s not the time to experiment. Truly master the already existing recipes for success, get the results you desire and then get creative.
Well…I’m off to eat another cupcake.
Enjoy your day! Make It Count!

"Set a goal to achieve something that is so big, so exhilarating that it excites you and scares you at the same time. It must be a goal that is so appealing, so much in line with your spiritual core that you can't get it out of your mind. If you do not get chills when you set a goal, you're not setting big enough goals."

Follow Your Intuition
I have had an interesting day... and one that has, once again, taught me to follow and trust my intuition! And it feels fantastic to make a decision knowing you have trusted your intuition, it just feels RIGHT!
When you follow your intuition, you have more energy moving through you - you are in the flow, you feel alive! When you don't follow your intuition, life can become a struggle, like swimming against the tide. You can train your intellect to listen to your intuitive knowingness, and learn not to ignore, discount, or contradict the intuitive feelings you are getting. You can trust your own inner knowingness, and make yourself the authority of what is right for you.
Your intuition guides you to do new things, to be in the flow, to experience more grace and ease, to follow your heart, and guides you to be in the right place at the right time. It also leads you to taking good care of yourself, your health, and your emotions, and to having improved relationships with people. It can make your career, creative endeavors, and work life better, more enjoyable, and even effortless. Following your intuition can increase the flow of money and prosperity in your life, for as your internal guide and teacher, it is always showing you what to do to increase the flow of energy.
"The only real valuable thing is intuition." Albert Einstein
Never underestimate the power of YOUR intuition!

Your Financial Destiny... You CAN Control It!
How Can You Control YOUR Financial Destiny?
...especially when there is such doom and gloom regarding the economy. The state of the economy does not have to effect you!
You’ve probably heard me talk time and time again that YOU are ultimately in control of what happens in your life. In this post, I talk specifically about how you can RIGHT NOW gain control of your financial future and create your own DESTINY, rather than leave it up to chance.
One quote that I believe sums this up nicely is:
“Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your reality.”
Your fate…your destiny begins with a thought, much like in the book ‘Think and Grow Rich’.
What are you CHOOSING to say to YOU and to others?
Because again…it is the THOUGHT…that becomes the WORD, which becomes your ACTION.
What kinds of actions have you been taking?
What have you been saying to yourself?
What have you been thinking about?
If you don’t like it, you can change…even RIGHT now. Or…tomorrow. Again…a choice.
Putting off today what can be done tomorrow is a recipe for failure.
Get done what you can today so that you can do something ELSE tomorrow.
The ACTION you take becomes a habit that is hard to break.
Your purpose should be moving your toward making specific ACTIONS now HABIT….
The Habit of being RESPONSIBLE.
The Habit of taking you and your business seriously.
The Habit of Showing up to Play each and EVERY day.
The Habit of nourishing your mind.
The Habit of Talking to People and Prospecting.
The Habit of ALWAYS being someone that can be COUNTED ON.
CHOOSE to think differently if your destiny requires it. Do it…and do it now.
Another great quote comes from Anthony Robbins:
“It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped”.
Make a decision RIGHT NOW, in this MOMENT to change the small simple things that need to be changed in order for you to fulfill your destiny.
To Your Financial Freedom... if that's what YOU choose!
