Hello all,
It has been a little while since my last post... I guess baby number three has taken more of my time than anticipated! I must say, I am loving every minute! And I can honestly say that she has given me so much more to be grateful for ~ which is the basis of today's post!
Have you ever noticed that a child will suddenly start laughing for no apparent reason at all? That they almost always have to skip or run where they’re going instead of walking? Or that they jump out of bed first thing in the morning already excited about their day?
Why do they do it? Because they stand in absolutely AMAZEMENT of it all.
I want to be like that again. And I’ve taken steps toward that life by consciously seeing how incredible everything in my life is. I don’t just mean the big things.
For instance, I love hearing my girls come into my room every morning and feeling their kiss (that has to be the best alarm clock in the world!)
I love seeing them play and laugh everyday.
I love walking with my family on a sunny day, and picking flowers with the girls.
I love enjoying dinner out with Mark... and spending much of the time talking about our wonderful kids!
I love cheese while sipping red wine.
I love a nice cocktail!
I love watching Alana and Livia eating a mint slice... biting all the way around the edge of the biscuit first.
I love watching Livia peel the skin off banana - in rings, the only way she will eat them.
I love seeing Alana paint her nails with a big smile on her face.
I love seeing Elise wake with smile and giggles.
I love how Elise is now snuggling and starting to give me big kisses.
I love sitting in the backyard watching Mark and the girls play on the trampoline or jumping castle.
I love watching a good movie with Mark and losing ourselves in it for 90-120 minutes.
I love that I can be at home with them each and every day.
I love our daughters with all my heart and am so blessed to have been chosen to be their mother.
I love Mark, everything about him and that I can be married to my best friend.
I love having great food each day.
I love having great friends and having people in my life to look up to.
I love that I can work towards making myself better every day.
I love being at the beach, and feeling the sand in my toes.
I love seeing how big the girls are growing.
I love holidaying at luxurious destinations around the world with my family.
I love that you are reading this post!
.... I feel I could go on all day. I encourage you to make a similar list of all the things you love and make a decision to look at each day in awe. You will see how it really is the little things you are blessed with make you the happiest! What an amzing day!!
Living in today in awe!

This Is A Fine World For The Person Who Knows Precisely What He Or She Expects From Life And Is Busy Getting It.
We are happiest when we are striving to achieve a goal. When we achieve one goal, it is a natural human tendency to set another, usually bigger, one. W. Clement Stone calls it inspirational dissatisfaction -the letdown one experiences after a goal has been achieved and before the next step toward a new one has been taken. When you begin to experience that nagging feeling, it is time to get into action! Make sure you have a long-range plan in place so that when one short-term goal has been achieved, there is a natural progression toward the next.

Woman Entrepreneurs... Setting The Pace!

Women today, have a much more entrepreneurial, gutsy spirit, than they did 40-50 years ago. I have been a successful entrepreneur since 2005, and I have seen for myself the number of women that take bold step into the world of entrepreneurship, often driven by the desire to spend more time with their families, and these women are setting the pace for what is possible, for women and men alike.
When I began having children, that is precisely what led me to this wonderful world of being an entrepreneur! I wanted to be home with our children, but needed to make some extra income to do so. So, like many young mum's, I looked for a way to do that and entered the wonderful world of being an entrepreneur. Looking back over my 5+ years I wouldn't have it any other way!
There are so many benefits to being an entrepreneur, especially when you work from a home office.
-set your own schedule
-work around your family commitments
-volunteer at your children's schools and extra events
-take the time off during your children's school holidays and really be present with them
-be home with your children if they have a sick day
-no day care fees
-life balance
-less stress
-literally choose your own 6 figure income
-time to travel
-total freedom ~ time & financial
In today's world, there are so many opportunities to be able to create a business from home and with the support of technology today, you can literally do business all around the globe, while being at home with the people you love most.
As I write this blog article, I am amazed still at how incredible it is to be able to sit here in front of my laptop, coffee in hand, children all happily asleep (after another day I was fortunate enough to spend with them), listening to some beautiful background music. There is no need to run around, jumping to every order that the corporate world dishes out, just to make a living. I have learned that we work to make our family life better so that we can do the things we want to do, with the people we love most. Many people in society have this backwards - many people are working so long and so hard, that they have lost touch with their family - they are working to survive. Many people have literally lost touch with why they are even working - they are in survival mode. Put your family first - find a way to make your family life better and a business that supports that - there are SO many options available today!
I encourage every women reading this post that has the desire within them to take that next step - Do not let fear, past conditioning or limiting beliefs hold you back. Do not be swayed by family or friends that might give you "their best advice" to stay in your "secure" job. Follow your heart, that is your guiding light! When you are following your own guiding light, you can never go wrong. Becoming an entrepreneur has been, and continues to be, one of the most rewarding things I have ever done - I am grateful to my children - for if it wasn't for them coming into our lives, and being inspired to be home with them, I may not have discovered that there are other options than working a job your entire life.
Contact me today, I would love to discuss your goals and how you can achieve them!
To Your Success!

7 Keys To Effective Leadership..
John Maxwell is an international legend when it comes to the topic of leadership! In "The Right to Lead"...Learning Leadership Through Character and Courage, you will read about people who have earned the right to lead others. They became effective leaders not by making other people follow, but by making themselves the kind of person people would want to follow.
This book is loaded with stories, quotes and "nuggets" for anyone wishing to sharpen their leadership skills. Today, I'd like to share John's introduction to The Right to Lead. Enjoy!
Excerpt from: The Right to Lead, by John Maxwell...
WHAT GIVES A MAN OR WOMAN THE RIGHT TO LEAD?
It certainly isn't gained by election or appointment. Having position, title, rank, or degrees doesn't qualify anyone to lead other people. And the ability doesn't come automatically from age or experience, either. No, it would be accurate to say that no one can be given the right to lead. The right to lead can only be earned. And that takes time.
The Kind of Leader Others Want to Follow
The key to becoming an effective leader is not to focus on making other people follow, but on making yourself the kind of person they want to follow. You must become someone others can trust to take them where they want to go. As you prepare yourself to become a better leader, use the following guidelines to help you grow:
1. Let go of your ego.
The truly great leaders are not in leadership for personal gain. They lead in order to serve other people. Perhaps that is why Lawrence D. Bell remarked, "Show me a man who cannot bother to do little things, and I'll show you a man who cannot be trusted to do big things."
2. Become a good follower first.
Rare is the effective leader who didn't learn to become a good follower first. That is why a leadership institution such as the United States Military Academy teaches its officers to become effective followers first - and why West Point has produced more leaders than the Harvard Business School.
3. Build positive relationships.
Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. That means it is by nature relational. Today's generation of leaders seem particularly aware of this because title and position mean so little to them. They know intuitively that people go along with people they get along with.
4. Work with excellence.
No one respects and follows mediocrity. Leaders who earn the right to lead give their all to what they do. They bring into play not only their skills and talents, but also great passion and hard work. They perform on the highest level of which they are capable.
5. Rely on discipline, not emotion.
Leadership is often easy during the good times. It's when everything seems to be against you - when you're out of energy, and you don't want to lead - that you earn your place as a leader. During every season of life, leaders face crucial moments when they must choose between gearing up or giving up. To make it through those times, rely on the rock of discipline, not the shifting sand of emotion.
6. Make adding value your goal.
When you look at the leaders whose names are revered long after they have finished leading, you find that they were men and women who helped people to live better lives and reach their potential. That is the highest calling of leadership - and its highest value.
7. Give your power away.
One of the ironies of leadership is that you become a better leader by sharing whatever power you have, not by saving it all for yourself. You're meant to be a river, not a reservoir. If you use your power to empower others, your leadership will extend far beyond your grasp.
The followers who looked to these leaders learned from them, and so can we. As you explore their worlds and words, remember that it takes time to become worthy of followers. Leadership isn't learned or earned in a moment.~John Maxwell

"Set a goal to achieve something that is so big, so exhilarating that it excites you and scares you at the same time. It must be a goal that is so appealing, so much in line with your spiritual core that you can't get it out of your mind. If you do not get chills when you set a goal, you're not setting big enough goals."

Six Daily Steps To Success...
While success is my right, it is also YOUR right, if you choose to take responsibility for your success. I consistently choose to work towards my goals each day, therefore choosing to be successful every day.
I begin each day focusing on my goals... visualising them, becoming clear and knowing I will achieve anything I set out to accomplish, and I allow myself to be filled with gratitude for them all. Then, throughout the day, I ensure the following six tasks are completed, moving me towards accomplishing my goals. These six activities take priority in my life and I make time to complete each one daily.
These are my six activities towards success:
1. Massive Action = Massive Results!
Ensuring you are doing income producing activities each day.
2. Professionals sort; Amateurs sell.
You are a leader and people want to work with leaders. Position yourself with enthusiasm and confidence when speaking with potential business prospects. Be, Do, Have. You need to be the leader first! Leaders sort leaders, you do not convince people... they convince themselves, you just follow the system in place.
3. Create success in others and it will come back to you ten fold.
You are offering people an opportunity that has the power to improve every aspect of their life, assist new consultants to achieve what they want, and you naturally will achieve everything you want.
4. Love your business and your business will love you!
5. Surround yourself with the kind of people you want to become. Engage yourself in all training calls!
6. You have to work harder on yourself than you do on your business!
Take responsibility to engage in personal development and become clear in your goals. Keep your goals infront of you and make sure they are bigger than reality... that way they will keep you focused!
By completing these steps each day over the past couple of years, I have accomplished many goals and have been able to turn my life around. For that I am very grateful!

10 Action Tips To Move Towards Your Goals...

Nothing occurs without motion. As Albert Einstein said, "Nothing happens until something moves." People who do nothing--who are waiting for things to change or, worse, to go back to the way things were--will lose. The most important thing, in my opinion, is to stay in motion and take action. The below are 10 steps, in which I believe are crucial in creating the life you desire...
Here are 10 things you can do today to move towards your dream....
(Ideas taken from Robert Kiyosaki)
1. Answer this question: Why do you want to achieve what you do? You need a reason greater than reality. The power of spirit, you reason needs to be strong enough to keep you focused when reality sets in and it's easier to give up.
2. Choose DAILY. The power of choice. Everyday you make choices that will move you closer to or further away from your goals.
3. Choose friends carefully. The power of association. You should choice to learn from everyone you associate with, and choose to spend the majority of your time with those who have already achieved what you are striving for. And remember: Your thoughts truly do create your reality.
4. Master o formula and then learn a new one. The power of learning quickly. "You become what you study."
5. Pay Yourself First. This takes self-discipline. Three most important management skills required when running your own business are: management of cashflow, management of people and management of personal time.
6. Pay Your Brokers Well. The power of good advice, and making sure it is GOOD advice you are getting!
7. Be an "Indian Giver". In regards to investing, making sure you get something for nothing with each investment to make it worth while straight away. It's the assets you get for free once you get your money back. That is financial intelligence.
8. Assets Buy Luxuries. Be a master of money and have the power to focus.
9. The Need For Heroes and Role Models. "If they can do it, so can you". Learn from those who have achieved what you are working towards.
10. Teach and You Shall Receive. The power of giving back. "The more people you assist in getting what they want, you will get everything you want", Jim Rohn.
I am very fortunate to be able to assist people everyday in creating the lifestyle they desire. The business that has changed my financial future, and my life, is http://www.onlineprofitexpert.com/ Find one that works for you!
And I am going to add one of my own to the mix...Think for yourself. So much information is available today and so many opinions exist that it's important not to go along with the crowd but to truly do your own thinking to figure out what's best for you. Too often people looking for the hot tip or the quick fix take the first answer that comes along instead of thinking through the situation. As Henry Ford said, "Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is probably why so few people engage in it."
(For more information on each of the 10 action tips above, see "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", by Robert Kiyosaki)

What's Your Definition Of Success?
It's an interesting question... For some, success can be measured by the career they have, for others it could be how much money they have in the bank, the lifestyle they have created, or maybe it's the person they are being.
For me personally, success is all about the contribution you make in order to enrich other peoples lives and the integrity and values you hold.
There are plenty of very wealthy people out there who have achieved success and have created financial abundance, but if they are alone without friends and loved ones, then one would hardly call them successful. Money alone won’t keep you warm at night or happy. On the other hand, having absolutely no money or financial security is not a success story either, no matter how much you give back to your community. You need to be able to help yourself to be able to more effectively help others. Luckily most of the Successful people I know are successful in every sense of the word - they are rich in income, friendships, relationships, health and happiness and those 5 things would be my 5 pre-requisites in the definition of Success.
I strongly believe that the more people you help get what they want in life, you will have everything you could ever dream for in your life. I also believe strongly in taking 100% responsibility for your life. One person is responsible for the quality of life you live... and that person is you.
Everyone has different goals in life. Some people want to be rich, while other just want to be more healthy, or a better all around person. Whatever your goal is, you can only be successful, by mapping out the journey that lies before you. Remember, no one becomes the best at anything over night. "All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose." (Brian Tracy)
My business is absolutely about generating a fantastic income for myself and my family, but that would be a pretty empty goal if I couldn’t assist others to create the same along the way. Helping others to achieve financial and personal success is a balance that many people are looking to achieve. I feel truly grateful everyday to have the opportunity to assist others in creating the life they have always dreamed of.
I would love to hear your comments on your definition of success!
Wishing you all outrageous success... however that looks for you :)
